I am having trouble logging in to my account

If you are having trouble logging in to imeasure and are getting the error above then either you are trying to use the wrong username or password.
Make sure you are entering your username and not your email address when trying to login!
How to find out your username
To find out your username you first need to reset your password. At the end of the password reset process you will be logged in to your account. Once logged in your username is displayed in the top right hand corner of the screen where it says “Signed in as ”.
Here the username is “owner”.
How to reset your password
On the sign in page click Forgot your password?.

Enter the email address your imeasure weekly reminder is sent to.

If your email is recognised you will see this green banner.

Open your emails and look for the email with subject [imeasure.org.uk] Reset your iMeasure password. Follow the link in the email to be taken to this page.
If you don't get this email check your Junk Folder and add no-reply@imeasure.org.uk to your contacts or safe senders list.

Enter your choice of password and confirm it. When you click Submit your password will be changed and you will be logged in.
